The Liston

Corfu Town's iconic Liston owes its elegant and photogenic charm not to the Venetians or the British, but to the French. Constructed during the Napoleonic occupation of Corfu (1807–1814), Liston's harmonious four-storey houses were modeled after Paris' recently completed rue de Rivoli. The Spianada
